Guwahati, February 3: Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Assam on a two-day visit on Saturday. The Prime Minister will arrive in Guwahati at 7:30 pm on Saturday.
He will attend a public gathering at Khanapara at 11:30 am on Sunday (February 4). The PM will lay the foundation stone and dedicate various projects over ₹11,599 Cr to the people of Assam.
Modi will pay the foundation stone of Maa Kamakhya Divyalok Pariyojana worth Rs 498 cr.
The Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone of the Rs. 358 crore road widening project connecting Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport.
Lay the foundation stone of the Upgradation of 43 roads including 38 bridges under Asom Mala 2.0 projects at Rs. 3,444 cr.
Upgradation of Nehru Stadium into a FIFA Standard Football Stadium at Rs.831 cr.
He will also lay the foundation stone of Chandrapur Stadium at Rs. 300 cr.
The foundation stone of Infrastructure development of Guwahati Medical College and Hospital at Rs. 3,250 cr.
The foundation stone of Karimganj Medical College is estimated at Ra. 578 cr.
Lay the foundation stone of a Unity Mall to be built at an estimated cost of Rs. 297 cr.
