New Delhi, July 23: The annual Economic Survey presented by the government has come under fire from the Congress party, with Deputy Leader in the Lok Sabha, Gaurav Gogoi, stating that it does not reflect the harsh economic realities faced by the Indian populace.

Unemployment Crisis

Gogoi accused the government of prioritizing the interests of a few powerful companies, citing a former Reserve Bank of India Deputy Governor who mentioned the monopolization of the industrial sector by 8-10 major companies. He expressed concerns that the upcoming budget would favor business magnates like Adani and Ambani, while ordinary citizens, unemployed youth, and farmers would be left with mere slogans.
