Guwahati, Feb 11: A foreign national, originally from Ghana, has been detained by Dispur Police in Guwahati on February 10th for allegedly overstaying a visa for more than five years. The individual, who had arrived in Guwahati several years ago, failed to depart even after the expiration of the visa.
