According to the notification, a significant number of 5,80,192 students are expected to sit for the board exams across 877 examination centers in Delhi alone.

Emphasizing the importance of punctuality, the Board advised students to leave their residences well in advance, allowing ample time for travel to avoid potential delays caused by traffic congestion, especially considering the current situation in Delhi. The CBSE further suggested utilizing metro services for convenient transportation to the examination centers.

Students across India and other countries have been strongly urged to reach their respective examination venues by 10 AM, factoring in local traffic conditions, weather circumstances, and travel distance. The CBSE has explicitly stated that candidates arriving after 10.00 AM will not be permitted entry into the examination hall.

In light of these instructions, schools have been instructed to extend their assistance and guidance to parents and students to ensure compliance with the timing regulations set forth by the CBSE.

This initiative by the CBSE aims to streamline the examination process and minimize disruptions caused by tardiness, ensuring a smooth and efficient conduct of the board exams.
